 Description

Khun is handwoven in a little town called Guledgudda, which is around 50km from Ilkal in north Karnataka. Here, the looms are set up with 36” - 39” width and exclusively used to weave khun blouse material. Khun blouses come in a riot of jewel toned colors with contrast borders and an array of textured patterns like sooj mallige, samanthi, Haridi, chitra mala, kaddi, thirukki and so on.
